We’re growing fast in New Jersey and are looking for a System Technician II who loves problem-solving, mastering new tech, and making clients’ lives easier. If you thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment and get a rush from closing tickets and saving the day, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to tech for escalated tickets, server management, and networking support.
  • Troubleshoot complex IT issues — remotely and onsite — with confidence and creativity.
  • Configure and maintain Windows servers, Microsoft 365, cloud environments, and firewalls.
  • Assist with client onboarding, system upgrades, and migrations.
  • Collaborate with other techs (and occasionally laugh about user errors).
  • Document your magic — because good notes are the real MVP.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience = huge plus!)
  • Solid understanding of networking, AD, virtualization, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and communication skills.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities — and keep a sense of humor doing it.
  • Certifications like CompTIA Network+, A+, or Microsoft (optional but awesome).
