Position Overview
As the MSP Sales and Marketing Manager, you’ll lead efforts to attract new business clients, strengthen existing relationships, and elevate TECHIES’ brand presence. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on sales, and digital marketing execution to drive growth across our managed IT and web service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and engage potential business clients for managed IT, cloud, and web solutions.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and account management.
- Collaborate with the technical team to translate client needs into solutions.
- Track and report KPIs for sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Represent TECHIES at local business events, networking functions, and trade shows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or marketing (MSP, IT, or SaaS preferred).
- Proven success generating leads and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or with a small team.
